Wonderful experience with this company! They showed up in a timely manner and my technician Carl was fabulous. He answered all my questions and helped me feel truly protected. I had a terrible experience with another pest control company not showing up for my scheduled appointment the day before so I was anxious and doubtful but Jose took my call (a few times and even called me back a couple times!) and reassured me they would be there and I would be properly taken care of. As an owner of a daycare center, nothing is more important than providing the best care for our children. And there is nothing worse than nasty pests (bugs, spiders, ants) invading our space! There are literally hundreds of extermination companies to choose from so I called 3 to see who could provide the best help. Well, I couldn’t be more impressed with Blue Beetle. I immediately got a call back from the nicest most professional sales manager, Reggie Gray. He was beyond professional, concerned and attentive to our needs over the phone. But even more impressive was he was out at our facility within the hour. I didn’t have to pay a service charge or sign a contract but this guy was out there because he seemed to genuinely care about the kids (and our business) almost as much as me. Lol I think he had just started working for the company but his knowledge, attention to detail and communications were top notch. Well, I didn’t call him back right away so instead of being all aggressive, he sent me the nicest card just reminding me that he was here to help if I needed their service. I was SOLD! And even better, he was able to work within my budget. The tech came out and was equally as professional and of course, Mr. Gray called the same day just to check on my experience with their service. Initial contact was a little rough, I made my first call after 8a.m. on a Monday morning. No one answered so I left a message. I received a text in response and responded with a text. Finally, it was getting late in the day that I was concerned I would not get an appointment scheduled before the end of the day so I called again. I was able to set up an appointment for Tuesday. Tuesday went smoothly, Corey arrived in a timely manor, and was wonderful to work with. He was impressed that I actually had all the items out of my kitchen cabinets.

Explore Our Happy Home Program
1. Webbing Sweep
We will sweep under all accessible eaves, around windows and doors, around utility boxes, light fixtures, outdoor storage areas, etc. to wipe down all spider webs within the perimeter of the structure.
2. Liquid Perimeter Treatment
We will spray or treat around the perimeter of your home by applying product where pests enter the structure, where they trail or crawl and hide, or where their nests are found.
3. Granular Perimeter Treatment
We will apply a granular treatment on the ground surrounding the perimeter of your home in a five-foot band.
4. Indoor Treatments
We will apply appropriate treatments in various areas of your home that attract pests, such as bathrooms and kitchens, upon request.
Your Initial Service
During your initial service a targeted treatment will be performed to eradicate any pests you encounter in your home. Ants, fleas, roaches, mice, spiders, wasps, and many more common household pests are all covered under your Happy Home Program. On top of that we will also perform the following preventative services:
• Protective parameter barrier application around your house
• Treat inside where pests are commonly found, (garage/basement) along with any other areas you see pests
• Remove unsightly spider webs / eggs from the outside of your home
• Inspect for termite / carpenter ant activity
• Mice and rat prevention (inspection of your home for entry points and installation of a bait box on exterior of your home if needed)
Ongoing, Year-Round Protection
On top of your pest prevention, you can call us out at any time for no additional charge if you see any pests. Or, just ask us to come inside while we’re already there. We’ll remind you that we’re coming the day before. Every four months, we’ll perform the following services:
• Inspect and treat any pest activity
• Protective parameter barrier application around your house
• Remove unsightly spider webs and eggs from the exterior of your home
• Inspect rodent bait box for activity if needed
